RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your Brow Snob purchase. Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must be unopened, unused, untested, and in their original packaging with all components included. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products, tools, kits, and accessories cannot be returned.

Digital Courses & Education: Digital products, online courses, training materials, and educational content are final sale once access has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.

Course + Kit Bundles: If digital course access has already been provided, the digital portion of your purchase is non-refundable. An unopened and otherwise eligible physical kit may still be returned within 14 days, and any approved refund will apply only to the eligible physical portion of the purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. If Brow Snob made an error or your order arrived damaged or defective, we will make it right at no additional shipping cost to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for standard returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
