Brow Snob Return & Refund Policy

At Brow Snob, we want you to love your products — but we also have to keep things clean, safe, and sanitary. Because our products are beauty and personal-care items, all returns are handled carefully and are eligible for store credit only.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In resellable condition
  • Returned with all seals, boxes, and protective packaging intact

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, tested, swatched, damaged, or had its seal removed.

Store Credit Only

Brow Snob does not offer cash refunds.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, which can be used toward a future Brow Snob purchase. Store credit will be issued once your return has been received, inspected, and approved.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Brow lamination products that have been opened or unsealed
  • Kits with missing items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Bundles
  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased during promotional events
  • Items damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A photo of the shipping box or packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Brow Snob is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Processing Time

Once your return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for us to review and process your store credit.

You will receive an email once your store credit has been issued.

Product Use Disclaimer

Please read and follow all product instructions carefully before use. Brow Snob is not responsible for results caused by improper application, misuse, allergic reactions, or failure to follow directions.

We recommend performing a patch test before using any brow lamination, tinting, or treatment product.

Policy Updates

Brow Snob reserves the right to update

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
